This Weekend is the traditional Black Friday, shop Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Tuesday. Banana Tree News wants to help support small businesses but get consumers through their door this weekend.
We are Starting the Holly Jolly weekend of shop locally. We have a passport that will have the logo of each of the participating businesses. Once they are done visiting your store, their passport will be put into a bowl where 3 people will be drawn as winners.
Each person will win a gift card or a gift basket of items from local stores.
This is in addition to the borough’s Small Business Saturday.
How can you be involved as a business?
- Purchase a square in the Passport to savings.
- be willing to hang a green ornament in your store that the person needs to find
- Stamp their passport card.
We realize that this is a last-minute event. We will be sharing with social media and all our participants will be advertised on each post. THe passports will be available to everyone at different stores –
The cost to you – is $50. This includes participation in this contest, a month of social media advertising, and advertising on Banana Tree News. If you have a special, we will include that.
