4:49 PM – A Winslow Terrace resident reported being the victim of a scam in which he sent $1,000.00 in gift cards to a suspect purporting to be the victim’s boss. The detective bureau is investigating.

12:29 PM – A Henry Street resident reported that he was the victim of a scam in which he sent a large sum of money to a suspect purporting to be from the Geek Squad IT technical support service via wire transfer and Bitcoin. The detective bureau is investigating.
