Local artistic directors Diana Roth-Fili and Paula Hegyi have formed a Youth Performance Group entitled Curtain Up. The group which includes kids ages 8 – 16 from Glen Rock, Ridgewood and surrounding areas have come together to inspire and uplift the human spirit by sharing their talent. These young performers have been making visits singing and dancing at local children’s hospitals and nursing homes. Visits have included Care One Senior Home in Ridgewood and Highlands Family Success Center in West Milford where they also helped served a Thanksgiving Dinner before their performance. On December 13th the group will be performing at Oasis in Paterson and are currently collecting toys to bring with them to present to the kids. If you would like to donate to their Holiday Toy Drive you can drop off new, unwrapped toys for children between the ages of newborn to 16 years old at 84 Harding Road, Glen Rock, NJ.

Auditions are December 20 6:00-7:30.Come prepared with a 16-bar cut of a song that shows your vocal range (please bring sheet music), and be prepared to learn a theatre movement routine.
