12:50 PM – Patrols, along with EMS personnel, were dispatched to a report of a bicyclist struck by a motor vehicle at the intersection of Grove Street and Prospect Street. According to both the driver and two independent witnesses the Chevy trailblazer, which was southbound on Prospect Street, had a green light and was within the intersection when the bicyclist pulled in front of the vehicle against the light. The driver stated he did not see the bicyclist prior to the collision and was not even sure what side of the street it entered the intersection from.
