For the second year in a row, Rachel Isreal and Christine Modica, owners of ‘Stag House’ hair salon in Glen Rock, along with their staff, Noel Palmer and Gwen Roos, were kind enough to donate their time and talents to a noble cause by shaving members of the Glen Rock PBA.
For the past 2 years members of the GR PBA have helped to bring awareness to the fight against Prostate Cancer by not shaving during the month of November.
At the end of the month PBA members lined up at Stag House to have their beards shaved. GRPD Sgt .McInerney, stated ” The Glen Rock PBA was successful in raising $900.00 for the cause and expresses a heartfelt ‘Thanks’ to the ladies at Stag House for their donation, and their steady hands!”
Rachel and Christine would like to remind everyone that in addition to shaving cops, they run a full service hair salon for women as well.
