In Support of Hillock and Torpey
This Election Day, I encourage residents to get out and vote for Eileen Hillock and Michelle Torpey for Glen Rock Council. Each of these candidates will bring an unparalleled record of public service and leadership to the Council. Over the years, Michelle and Eileen have demonstrated a commitment to family as well as giving back to the community. In terms of integrity and character, they each rank at the top of the list.
Eileen Hillock has an extensive track record of public service in the Borough. As a Trustee of the Glen Rock Board of Education, she chairs the Strategic Planning Committee. She has served as Vice President of the Glen Rock Chamber of Commerce and has volunteered her time for the Glen Rock Newcomers Club, Glen Rock Junior Football Association, Glen Rock Cheerleading, Girl Scouts, and Boy Scouts. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, her expertise will be needed by the Council.
Michelle Torpey has also been very active in the community over the years. In addition to serving as President of the Byrd School HSA, Michelle has served on the Glen Rock Autism Awareness Committee, Independence Day Parade Committee, Girl Scouts, and Boy Scouts. Her leadership qualities and drive will make her a welcome addition to the Council.
I urge residents to get out and vote on Election Day and to consider the experience, leadership, and dedication provided by Michelle Torpey and Eileen Hillock.
