The Glen Rock High School Theatre Company Presents A Midsummer Night’s Dream

The Glen Rock High School Theatre Company will present William Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream at 7:00 pm on November 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. One of the Bard’s most beloved and acclaimed works, Midsummer is an enchanting comedy that’s fun for the whole family. The play features more than forty students, and includes original music and dances written and created by students. This will certainly be a magical production!

As A Midsummer Night’s Dream begins, there is drama brewing in Athens! The fairy King and Queen are fighting, and as a result, a group of young lovers find their lives in disarray. Two young men seek to marry the same young woman, while her closest friend is overwhelmed with feelings of unrequited love. As the fairy King and his mischievous servant, Puck, struggle to set it all right, a comedy full of magic, romance, and happily ever afters ensues.

All performances will take place in the GRHS auditorium located at 400 Harristown Road, Glen Rock. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students/senior citizens and will be sold at the door 30 minutes prior to each performance.
