My Story
I grew up in a family of jewelers. My father, brother, uncles, all are jewelers in India. I launched my first silver jewelry line at the age of 19 and it was amazing. As I was moving to the U.S. that business was left behind; however, my desire to get back to it never was. I went on to pursue a graduate gemologist degree at the Gemological Institute of America in New York where I subsequently taught gem stone and diamond grading as an Instructor of Gemology.
Once the kids were born, I decided to stay at home and raise my boys. Now that they are both in school, I’m ready to get back in the game. Rock Road Jewelry is the evolution of my original business.

This is a jewelry brand made for women by a woman. I name my pieces like I would have named my daughters — Strong, independent, and beautiful.
My shop is a collection of high quality sterling silver jewelry crafted by local artisans in New Delhi, in limited quantities. Finding inspiration in modern twists to ethnic looks, this jewelry is designed for a lifestyle; a lifestyle that calls for casual and comfortable pieces one day and elegant and graceful pieces for those special occasions and night out in the town.
Today Rock Road Jewelry focuses on pure sterling silver jewelry; however, we plan to expand beyond that soon. For local area residents and friends, we do custom diamond and solitaire jewelry on request.
